Delivery to the UK
Delivery to the UK is by Royal Mail signed for, and is 2-4 days. Postage costs are based on the weight of (products) at time of purchase and are clearly indicated at checkout. As a guideline, post and packing for a single bag is around £4.95

Delivery to France
Delivery to France is by Royal Mail and costs around £16 for a single bag  Important!: For orders to France where the total cost (including shipping) is more than 135 euros, French customs will impose an extra duty to pay. This is at the charge of the customer.

Most orders are dispatched withing 24 hours. But also please note I am an independent retailer and if there are exceptional circumstances why this cannot be met, I will contact you via email.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the day of delivery. Outside this period, we are not able to accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.  We cannot accept returns that are used, damaged, or not sent back in the original packaging. We are not able to accept returns for custom bags you have created with us and discussed over email

Refunds
We will notify you by email after we have received and inspected your returned item, and if the return conditions are met and the refund is approved.
If the refund is approved, then we will automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within 3 days.
Please note that any post and packing, for sending the item or returning it, is not refundable. 

Shipping
If you wish to return your item, please email contact@vanessasaunders.com for the address.
Returns must have a tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
