General Principles

Our general principle is to collect the minimum amount of data necessary to give you the desired experience on our site. We follow industry best practices and never pass on your data to third parties unless outlined below

We include an instagram freed on certain pages on the site, when clicking on these certain information such as the referring page being ‘elegans.boutique’ is shared with instagram.  We also use Google Analytics to understand the number of visitors to our site, which pages they visit and so-on. What data do we retain?

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. For business reasons, we keep indefinitely records of purchases and/or returns made.  When subscribing to the newsletter we use an external platform, Brevo.  Users can unsubscribe at any time, and the email address is kept on an ‘unsubcribed’ list. If you wish to be unsubscribed and deleted from that list, please contact us.

What rights do you have over your data?

If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
