The Sophia bag is a shoulder bag with the style of a small satchel that you wear across one shoulder, and naturally rests against your hip. It has a large main pocket, in which you can put all of your everyday essentials, such as your wallet, purse, glasses, notebook, and also an iPad or tablet. It has two zipped pockets, one on the back of the bag — ideal to securely carry your mobile phone, and one on the inside lining, useful for your keys and make-up.
This bag is ideal for women who want to carry the everyday essentials, and a bit more, but without needing a heavy bag — and of course with keeping your hands free.
Sophia bags are entirely made by hand in my Cambridge workshop and each one is unique.

Weight: 280g
Dimensions: Height 25cm x Width 25cm (size of opening) with a base of 22cm Width and 6cm deep.
Strap: Adjustable, maximum length 122cm, in Blue Velvet the same material as the bag, doubled with a cotton fabric with a kingfisher and flower patter (Victoria and Albert Museum collection).
Pockets: 16cm height, 20cm opening width of zip.
Bag is closed by a flap in the front 28cm x 26cm.
Eco-Label Velvet fabric and lining: OEKO-TEX
Bag Care: You can brush your velevet bag in the direction of the fabric, hand-wash in cold water without wetting the leather label, or dry-clean.
Details: Two silver retangular rings and two silver rivets at each side. The strap is adjusted by a silver buckle and the strap is fixed to the bag with silver rivets each side. The bag is double-lined in cotton with a kingfisher and floral pattern (Victoria and Albert Museum Collection), matching the strap. There is a leather logo on the front of the flap fixed by four smaller silver rivets.
