We have taken every effort to ensure the website is set up for such eventualities, but are not responsible for duplicate purchase errors (though we will do our best to address in a professional way if such errors occur). We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Our returns policy is clearly stated and will be applied, there are no exceptions.
